road.jpgQ:  What requirements exist for residents in the SHRC?

Residents must be 50 years of age and older.  Individuals younger than 50 may request placement on our waiting list.

Q:  Are pets allowed?

Currently, pets are not allowed in the community.  Special consideration is given for medically-required pets.

Q:  What requirements exist for placing a manufactured home in SHRC?

housesonhill.jpgNewer homes (manufactured after 1990 with shingled roofs) are preferred.

Q:  How long does the application process take?

It usually takes two days to approve a new resident application.  If lots are immediately available, you could be moved in within a week.

Q:  What if I do not own a manufactured home?

When all lots are full, or when interested applicants do not yet meet the age requirement, we do keep a waiting list.
